Clean Furnace

When buying a newly constructed home.  A little knowledge will prevent many troubles.

One thing to consider is if your furnace ran during the sheet rocking process.  If so, make sure your builder has your unit cleaned before you move in.  During this process of building the dust sticks to the components inside your unit causing it to work harder and ultimately causing it to break down.

Maintaining Your Equipment

We all understand the concept that if you buy something new, it should last for years.  This is only true if you maintain it.   That is why we offer a preventative Maintenance Agreement.  This agreement allows us to keep you unit in good working condition.  Without you, the home owner, from having to take the time from your busy day and the worry of paying more expenses than you need to.

We recommend that you change your furnace filter once a month.  Some times more if you have a massive amount of dust in the air around your home (found in new construction editions).

If your filter is not changed or washed regularly it clogs up the unit, causing the parts to fail.  This is when you would pay more for a service that never should have happened.

Your peace of mind will be even greater when you have an agreement with Quality Heating, because you don't have to call in to schedule an appointment.  We call and set a time that is convenient for you.  Come to your home, clean all components and inspect/adjust your all parts to ensure all is well and stays well.

We offer a Preventative Maintenance on Furnaces (Gas & Electric), Air conditioning units and Fireplaces.

Benefit on Warranties

If you are intrested in saving money long term, many options are offered.  All equipment offers a warranty. Even if they are not brand new.

With prices raising, parts and labor increase.  Parts are expensive already, some simple pieces costing over $100. Add on the cost of labor and it just doubled.  (This example shows the low end of a repair).

With a wide variety of options to choose from, you'll be able to find one that gives you peace of mind.
